Well here we are at the end of summer! Can you believe it! It has flown by! Our summer has been jam packed with events even though it feels like we haven't accomplished much or done much we really have! We started out the summer by signing up for drivers ed for Cody! (Still can't believe that one!) Swim lessons for Caden, and swim team for Carli and Coltin.
All the kids did wonderful in their various activities. Cody finished drivers ed (be still my heart) and is now driving for 6 months with a parent. He is doing great! We still have a few scarry moments but the car is still in one piece and he is getting more and more confidence each time he drives.

Caden has done swim lessons, we are trying to get him to be able to swim across the pool without stopping so he can join his brother and sister on swim team next year. Caden has had a big summer, he turned 8 on his birthday and he was baptized! He is such a great son! He is definatley a momma's boy and that's okay with me!

Carli and Coltin have been doing swim team all summer and just finished up! I am so proud of them, they have improved on all of their strokes and learned alot, as well as had a lot of fun. It was hard getting to the pool by 7:30 in the morning every morning but they were there! They made some great friends and did fantastic at Championships a couple of weeks ago. Coltin places 10th in his age group and received an award for most improved swimmer! Carli learned alot with swim team and has a beautiful butterfly stroke!
We did get to go camping once this summer! It was great fun, we went on hikes, drives, and of course the snipe hunt! You will have to ask the kids about that one! We went to Grandma and Grandpa Millward's for a family reunion and had many late nights playing kick the can and other games.
Now for summer all we have left is school shopping and of course the fair and rodeo! We can't miss that it's tradition!
