Caden

My Caden! What can I say, he is a real bright spot in our family! There is never a dull moment when he is around! As I'm sitting here typing he is singing radio disney songs at top of his lungs, waiting for them to say the phone number again to radio disney so he can write it down and call in and win the big prize, instead of taking a bath like he was asked to do. But it is so cute to listen to him singing all of these songs, it's hard to get mad at him!

Tonight we were talking about who's name he had drawn for the kids gift exchange, he drew Cody, I asked him if he thought about what he wanted to get for him. No, but I know what I would get for Coltin. I would fly to Minnesota to the Vikings and have them all sign a football for him and then come back and wrap it and give it to him! He will be so excited!!!

I thought it was so thoughtful of him, even though he doesn't have Coltin's name he was thinking about something that he would really like and put a lot of thought into it!

He is just cracking all sorts of jokes tonight! THey are so cute! I don't know what we would do without his cute little personality! He is definately a blessing in our family!

Thanksgiving

We have so much to be thankful for! But I want to start with our Thanksgiving Festivities! It was so much fun, we had all of my side of the family here for Thanksgiving! Brenda and Kyle got to escape ShopKo for a few hours and come down! Kalli and Nick were here from Wyoming, and Kevin and Rochelle got to come and celebrate with us too! It was the first time in a long time that we had all of us under one roof! I love it when we get to get together and have the boys go play football, the girls just talk and do crafty things, besides cooking! and of course the cousins just playing and taking care of each other!
Later that night Kevin, the kids and I headed to Kimberly to see other cousins and play dominos, peruse (sp?) the sale ads and make a strategy for Black Friday Shopping! We were not the crazy ones who go out at 3 am. I think that's what time we headed to bed! But Kevin Is quite the bargain shopper! he was headed to get some really good deals if it killed him! He did pretty good, if I do say so myself!
My nephews, Tanner and Joey are 2 and 18months. They are so cute! They got into a little argument while here and mom happened to record it! I'm going to try to up load it, warning Brenda and I were laughing so hard you may not be able to hear it all, but trust me it's funny!

We are still alive!!!

I know I know, where have we been!!! Well we have all been a little bit busy! Some good, some just okay! Lets see, we went to Yellowstone, Mt. Rushmore, Deadwood, and Torrington Wyoming for our vacation the first part of the summer, it was wonderful! We got to see lots of Long Lost Friends and reconnect, spend 3 days gold mining, listening to Wild Bill Hickock and going to face mountain in a rainstorm! Then it was off to Yellowstone where we stayed is a friends cabin (thanks Jenni) and went to Yellowstone twice, saw old faithful go off, beehive geyser, go off, 2 bears, lots of buffalo, the eagle,and too many more animals to name! We all got along really well for being in the car alot! I think the kids all made lots of memories to carry with them for a really long time!

We went Camping alot this summer, more than we have done any other year! One week for the Osterhout reunion at the Father and Sons campground, then of course up to Lake Cleveland for a few days of fishing, and Labor Day weekend back to Father and Sons for Camping with Tracy and Lori and Family! It was great fun!

I thought I would post pictures of it all later! Right now I want to post the pictures that my friend Jennifer Irish took of our family! She is sooo awesome! They all turned out wonderful!

There are tons of pictures that turned out so good! I had a hard time deciding! So I will just post a few at a time, I think i'll do family ones today and choose to do some of the kids later, not 6 months later though I promise!
